When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed with 2-5 business days, we then hand it over to our nominated carriers.
Excludes weekends and UK Bank Holidays.
Any courier delays are fully beyond our control.

Can I make changes to my order?

If you need to change your order, Please contact hello@maenehair.com immediately after your order has
been placed, Once your tracking link has been issued, we may not be able to accommodate any
changes.

Where do you ship to?

At the moment we only ship to the UK & Europe. Please see Shipping & Delivery for EU duties & taxes.
