Shipping policy

Order processing 

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched. 

During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping destinations 

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and Europe.  

Shipping rates & delivery times 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Estimated delivery times once dispatched: 

  • Standard UK Delivery: Royal mail 2-5 business days 
  • 24 hour Royal mail delivery
  • For orders delivered outside the UK, the customer is responsible for any import VAT, customs duties, local sales taxes, clearance fees and any other charges arising in the destination country.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including courier delays or adverse weather conditions. 

Shipping confirmation & tracking 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where applicable). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update. 

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages 

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier. 

mæne. is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. 

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@maenehair.com, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in locating your package with the courier. 

Incorrect shipping information 

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. mæne. is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
